ABOUT MEHi, I'm Summer Wyer, a PA and set designer in the film industry. I'm an energetic, confident, and highly motivated person who thrives in creative environments - especially when surrounded by like-minded individuals who share my passion for storytelling and media.
I’ve always been drawn to dynamic and challenging activities. Outside of media, I enjoy hobbies like judo, baking, dance, swimming, and trampolining - all of which reflect my outgoing personality and drive to stay active and expressive. Throughout secondary school, I pushed myself to try new things, from joining sports teams like hockey and netball (which I loved!) to stepping backstage as part of the lighting crew for the school play Variations. These experiences sparked my dream of acting, and I believe my enthusiasm and natural confidence will help me achieve that goal. |
While at Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre, I challenged myself academically too - one of my proudest choices was studying Mandarin Chinese. I loved learning the characters and found that the structure made sense to me. Although I’m no longer studying it formally, I’ve retained some of the language and can still hold a simple conversation.
I’m passionate about working in the film and TV industry, both behind the scenes and - hopefully one day - on screen. I'm always ready to take on new experiences, collaborate with others, and grow within this exciting industry.
